Our efforts towards a Greener Future
Scope 1 Emissions
We are committed to reducing direct emissions by optimising operational efficiency, adopting low-emission technologies, and improving equipment performance to minimise fuel consumption and emissions.
Scope 2 Emissions
To reduce emissions from electricity consumption, we have transitioned to green energy sources in our offices in Mumbai and plan to expand this initiative across all branches in the coming years
Scope 3 Emissions
We are actively working on measuring indirect emissions from travel, supply chain operations and value chain to ensure a comprehensive approach to sustainability.
Waste Segregation
We implement waste segregation into dry and wet categories to ensure proper disposal, helping to streamline waste management and reduce environmental impact through responsible disposal of waste by local authorities.
Community-driven Clean-up Initiatives
We actively engage in community-driven initiatives, supporting clean-up drives to reduce environmental waste and promote sustainability, contributing to cleaner, healthier communities.
Sustainable Waste Management
We are committed to waste reduction through collection drives for e-waste, plastics, footwear, metals, and clothes, ensuring responsible disposal via certified vendors. Our employees also actively participate in beach clean-ups, championing sustainable waste management.
Reforestation Efforts
This year, we initiated our first tree plantation drive, planting 3,500 trees—one for each employee—and plan to continue annually, expanding our efforts to offset emissions and enhance environmental restoration.
Nature Walks
Our Walk for Hope initiative not only connects employees with nature but also supports charitable causes, with proportional funds donated to the treatment of children battling terminal illnesses.
LEED Certification
Our 8th floor Head Office at Inspire BKC is now LEED GOLD certified by USGBC, reflecting our commitment to eco-friendly, resource-efficient spaces. This milestone showcases efforts in energy, water, and air quality, affirming that we value people and planet as much as profits.
IGBC Certification
The Inspire BKC building in Mumbai was specifically chosen to house our offices since it is LEED GOLD certified by Indian Green Building Council (IGBC), reinforcing our commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship.

Supporting Community Growth
Supporting Education
Providing academic opportunities for underserved children in Mumbai, empowering first-gen college girls in Jodhpur, coaching students from low-income families for competitive exams in Pune, and enhancing learning through smart classrooms.
Skill Development
We equip students with practical skills in Mumbai to support education, teach self-defense to combat gender-based violence, and help girls in Jodhpur break stereotypes through confidence-building 5 km runs.
Well-being of Children
We support children with disabilities in Mumbai, Delhi, and Dehradun through education and inclusive schools, provide medical and emotional aid to those battling life-threatening illnesses, and bring joy to underprivileged children in Kolkata.
Environment
We promote sustainability by revitalizing traditional water conservation methods in Jodhpur’s Thar Desert. We also upcycle used footwear in Mumbai to reduce waste and support a circular economy.
Special Initiatives
On Diwali, we supported NGOs by setting up fundraising stalls at our offices and gifted geometry kits to 10th-grade students for exam preparation. We also organized a career guidance session for 9th-graders with top management at our Andheri Office.
